Win Our Vote Forum-Have YOUR say…
Newcastle Women’s Alliance have organized a forum that aims to discover what local candidates think about a range of issues that impact women. The forum will be held on 14 June at 6 pm at the Gallipoli Club (Beaumont St, Hamilton)
This is the 2nd forum of its kind in Newcastle; the previous was conducted before the 2015 state election.
Women in the Hunter area were asked, via social media, to submit questions on issues that matter to them. Candidates will have time to respond to these questions at the forum.
Members of the NWA have also been researching policies on a range of issues that primarily affect women. A “scorecard” will be produced and published at he forum
